This Gachibowli Commercial Building project was executed by Design Cell Int, a team of Interior Architects in Secunderabad. The entire project was handled by them, right from conceptualisation to execution and adding the finishing touches to the final design. The modern commercial project has some beautiful décor and a modern, stylish façade. The exterior of the building is as impressive as its interiors. So let’s start our tour.

Stylish facade

The impressive façade shown here is the final draft of the designer’s sketch. The designer front makes it appear quite inviting to clients. The bottom part of the façade has a glass wall until the second level. The sides of the building have been kept simple to allow the front to shine.

The interiors

As we head inside, we come to the restaurant in the building. It has gorgeous interiors, with luxurious décor that impresses us every step of the way. The decadent richness of the interiors is quite attractive to view. It’s decorated with beautiful brass hanging lamps and hanging décor with Indian motifs.

Intricate details

The low lighting creates a lovely atmosphere. The serving stations have been laid out in a way that each counter is accessible to the diners. Multiple counters are present with each serving a different type of food. The exposed brick counters give it a fascinating look. Marble has been used in the flooring and in the pillars to create a fantastic setting. The stylish tables and chairs complement the décor quite well.

The terrace

The terrace has a separate multipurpose room that can be used for storage and other purposes. The exterior wall of the terrace room is decorated with colourful stones in a pattern that resembles exposed brick. It gives the area a unique look.

View from above

The rest of the terrace has multicolour flooring, with small pillars interspersed throughout. The pillars are topped with a square slate piece to turn them into seats for the open-air social area. This terrace can be used for office parties or even for celebrating company milestones.

View from the side

The other side of the terrace is slightly different. It has been designed to offer a view of the surroundings. This side of the terrace is covered with glass panes. There is a small enclosure on the side.  The enclosure can also work as an excellent place for employees to stretch their legs in the middle of the workday.

A closer view

Up close, we see that the terrace enclosure has a wooden laminate cladding. The pillars are present here as well, and there is a small ledge by the glass panes, which can work as another seating area.

The completed façade

We end this tour with a view of the finished building. The final design is quite similar to what we saw in the first picture. The centre is just as pronounced in terms of design and the first two levels have glass windows that look out onto the road.
