Everybody there was so lovely! I only knew Herons and Peter from YouTube, so when we were on vacation in England, I just had to come by. Sadly, we only noticed there that Herons is usually closed for customers and visitors on Tuesdays. But when Peter heard that we came all the way form Germany, he made an exception and let us have a quick look around anyway. The staff was also super helpful and offered explanations if we had questions. It is definitely worth coming by and their Bonsais are great!

Went with my son to get him his first bonsai tree,the gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable & helpful & pointed us in the right direction,we picked the tree from his advice and bought the starter pack they sell,I now have one happy Son, thankyou for all your help and advice, & we will certainly be back !
